The JobWe’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and help keep our finances in top shape. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be involved in everything from handling day-to-day transactions to supporting financial reporting and audits. This is a great opportunity for a young professional who’s eager to grow, learn, and make an impact in an international, dynamic E-Commerce environment.
What will you be doing?Leading accounts payable and receivable, making sure invoices and payments are processed smoothly.Assisting with month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations and journal entries.Preparing and reviewing financial reports to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.Working with different teams to improve financial processes and support audits when needed.
We love people who…Have a min. of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Have 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance.Have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.Get a kick out of working with Excel, love crunching numbers and have excellent analytical skills.Are accurate, reliable and enjoy working on multiple tasks at the same time.Profile Must HavesYou are fluent in EnglishYou are available for 32 to 40 hrs per week.You are set up to work as a contractor in your country of residence
