About the roleWith a strong foundation in wholesale specialty sales, the Wholesale Account Sales Representative will cultivate and manage relationships with specialty retail partners to drive brand presence, sales growth, and profitability. This role will lead partners through a seamless onboarding process, strategically curate product assortments tailored to each retailer’s unique market, and ensure alignment with overall brand and channel strategies.
As a net new role, this position requires a highly motivated self-starter who can independently identify opportunities, solve problems, and take ownership of driving sales and profit targets across the specialty wholesale channel. The representative will continuously pursue opportunities to expand brand awareness, deepen account engagement, and unlock new specialty retail partnerships.
What you'll doOnboardingLead the end-to-end onboarding process for new specialty retail partners, including introductory meetings, required documentation, agreements, and platform setup.Ensure each partner has a clear understanding of brand standards, processes, timelines, and expectations.
AssortmentAssist in assembling seasonal sample sets, creating catalogs, and preparing all selling tools needed for each buying cycle.Support in curating product assortments for specialty accounts based on their customer profile, business needs, sales performance, and profitability goals, ensuring alignment with overall brand and channel strategy.Maintain accuracy and organization across linesheets, samples, and product information.
BusinessOwn and actively contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets for assigned accounts.Contribute to sales strategies by providing account insights, sell-through updates, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and margin improvement.Participate in market appointments and account meetings, helping present the seasonal range, lookbooks, and sample collections.Proactively identify challenges within accounts and develop solutions independently, escalating when necessary.Help identify product or assortment opportunities for partners and suggest creative solutions that drive sales and brand presence.Champion the brand by ensuring all communication, assortments, and presentations reflect brand standards and protect brand integrityShare relevant feedback with Product Development and Merchandising teams to support continuous improvement of future collections.Support specialty accounts through proactive communication, reorders, assortment planning, marketing requests, and travel for in-store visits or events.
Buy OperationsUtilize B2B wholesale platform Joor to streamline order management and enhance collaboration with wholesale partnersHelp maintain operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and implementing solutions that improve ways of working across the wholesale specialty channel.
Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience with wholesale specialty stores preferably in women’s fashionStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsHighly developed interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with internal and externals partnersProven track record of achieving sales and profit targets in a wholesale environmentSelf-starter mindset with the ability to problem-solve, take ownership, and thrive in a net new roleA strategic thinker, who is able to self solve and operationalize ways of workingExcel and PowerPoint EfficientSystems used: NuOrder, Shopify, Inventory Planner, Adobe, Airtable, JoorTravel is required

Salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000/yr. This is not a commission role. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
