The RoleThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for the organization, efficiency, and day-to-day execution of Ripton’s warehouse operations. This role manages the pick/pack team, oversees inventory flow, and ensures the warehouse runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on process, organization, and team management – and who is comfortable stepping in to support during peak periods when needed.
ResponsibilitiesOptimize fulfillment process for DTC and B2B ordersManage and schedule the warehouse pick/pack teamEnsure warehouse layout and inventory organization optimize space usage and minimize picking timeReceive inbound inventory and coordinate space planning for deliveriesLead bi-annual inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracyTrack and report KPIs including miss-pick rate, packing time, and order accuracyPartner closely with Head of Operations and demand planner to align inventory flowPartner closely with marketing team to be prepared for key launch dates and salesMaintain packing supplies and place orders as neededStep in to support warehouse execution during peak seasons and holidaysContinuously improve warehouse processes to support scale and efficiency
Experience & Skills5-7+ years of warehouse or fulfillment management experienceProven experience managing and scheduling teamsStrong organizational and process optimization skillsExperience tracking KPIs and using data to improve performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environmentApparel, e-commerce, or DTC experience is a plusExperience working with inventory management systems; Finale Inventory experience is a plus
