Job Description
"Responsibilities
Manage online platform and order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring (Amazon Vendor, Amazon Seller, Macy’s, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot etc.)High literacy in NetSuite, Shipstation, ShipHawkUpdate and manage product listingsProvide regular reporting on all salesMonitor inventory integrity across all Ecommerce platformsEnsure that returns are processed accurately and in a timely mannerBe responsible for individual actionsMaintain a safe and clean work environmentUnderstand and follow company rules and regulationsPerform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
Working experience with online retailers (ex. Amazon Vendor) preferredRelated experience with online sales or generating product listings via e-commerce channels; including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Eligible to work in the USSupplemental pay types: Bonus opportunitiesBilingual in Korean and English is a plus
Salary Range: $ 52K – 60K
