The Role:
We’re hiring a UX/UI + Visual Designer who doesn’t just make things look good — but knows how to make them work. This is a hybrid role for a strategic designer who can think, design, measure, and iterate. You’ll be responsible for shaping high-trust, conversion-driven digital experiences while elevating our brand across every touchpoint.

Compensation: $75,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:
You will architect experience design across multiple high-impact platforms:Troscriptions.com (CRO, funnel strategy and landing pages, checkout flow improvements, and optimizations
HomeHOPe practitioner platform (UX design for practitioner tools an education journeys)
Brand and Marketing Touchpoints (occasional ads + visual assets in collaboration with the Media Team to maintain a tight, consistent brandYou will own UX direction — partnering with the CEO, Brand Manager, data, media, and product — and then drive execution in Figma.
