Job Description
"STARK is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our East Rutherford team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants steady, full-time employment with a respected luxury brand.
You’ll be part of a collaborative delivery team responsible for safely transporting and handling high-end carpets and rugs for clients throughout NYC and surrounding boroughs. We value professionalism, care, and teamwork, plus we provide training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Safely handle, load, and deliver premium carpets and rugsNavigate service entrances, elevators, and urban delivery environmentsWork closely with teammates and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operationsRepresent STARK professionally in client homes and buildingsConfirm completed deliveries and communicate updates to the team managerAdapt to daily routes and changing schedules as needed
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethicComfortable with physical work and lifting heavy itemsAble to use basic delivery tools (dollies, box cutters, protective materials)Clear communicator and team playerExperience with deliveries, moving, or specialty furnishings is a plus! We’re excited to train the right personNYC delivery experience preferred but not required
