Store Manager

"Ann Demeulemeester is looking for a Temporary Assistant Store Manager for Antwerp’s store.
Main Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in:Manage all store operations, ensuring efficient daily performance;Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships;Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising to optimize store appearance and product availability;Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt resolutions and maintaining high satisfaction;Train, develop, and inspire staff to ensure continuous improvement;Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures;Communicate the company’s values and brand stories effectively to the team and customers.
The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience as Senior Sales Assistant, ideally in the luxury retail sector;Extensive knowledge of market trends and fashion;Proficiency in managing all phases of the sales process;Fluency in English and Flemish;Nice to have: knowledge of other languages.
Skills required to complete the profile: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Strong sales techniques, with a focus on results;Customer-centric mindset and approach;Ability to work with flexibility and autonomy;Team-oriented attitude, fostering collaboration and success.Knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a plus in an international boutique environment.Strong computer skills, with proficiency in retail systems and databases. Especially good command of Excel for sales tracking, inventory control, and reporting.Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports to support store performance and decision-making
