As Social Media Manager, you will orchestrate our presence across channels — shaping strategy, curating content, and ensuring that every post reflects our brand’s elevated identity. You will be responsible for the rhythm of our digital storytelling, organizing cross-platform activities and aligning them with campaign moments, community engagement, and cultural conversation.
Your responsibilitiesDevelop and lead the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Plan and publish content that balances storytelling, community engagement, and commercial goals.Organize and maintain the social media calendar, ensuring alignment across campaigns, product launches, and influencer activity.Monitor trends, cultural movements, and competitor activity to keep the brand’s voice relevant and forward-thinking.Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable refinements.Partner with the influencer, PR, and content teams to integrate social activity seamlessly across all brand touchpoints.Oversee day-to-day posting and community engagement, ensuring tone and presentation remain consistently elevated.
About youYou´re ideally based in Düsseldorf (or NRW)5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager for a luxury, fashion, or design-led brand with a following of 500k+.A refined design eye: skilled in content creation and curation that aligns with an elevated aesthetic. • Deep understanding of digital storytelling, platform-specific best practices, and audience behavior. • Strong communication skills: clear, refined, and adaptive across different formats.Learning-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in spotting opportunities for growth and engagement. • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Intuitive grasp of Gen Z and Millennial culture; ability to anticipate shifts in tone, aesthetics, and engagement trends.Language Requirements: Native-level fluency in English is essential; German fluency highly preferred. A third language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is a strong advantage, though not required.
