Für unseren Shop-in-Shop in der Galeria Düsseldorf suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team verstärkt und eine Schlüsselrolle beim Markteintritt von Marie-Stella-Maris in Deutschland übernimmt.

Als Shop-in-Shop Manager/in sind Sie Gastgeber/in, Verkaufsprofi und Markenbotschafter/in in einem. Sie begeistern unsere Kunden, erklären unsere Mission und Nachhaltigkeit, beraten zu unseren Produkten und schaffen ein Einkaufserlebnis, das inspiriert. Gleichzeitig tragen Sie durch Ihre vertriebsorientierte und strategische Arbeitsweise zum Geschäftserfolg bei.

Sie arbeiten zielorientiert mit KPIs, bringen kaufmännisches Geschick, Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung mit und repräsentieren Marie-Stella-Maris nicht nur im Store, sondern auch in Düsseldorf – indem Sie potenzielle Partner wie Hotels, Restaurants und Concept Stores identifizieren.

Voor onze shop-in-shop in Galeria Düsseldorf zoeken we een shopmanager die met het juiste DNA ons team versterkt en een sleutelrol vervult in de introductie van Marie-Stella-Maris op de Duitse markt.

Als manager van de shop-in-shop help jij onze social enterprise én jezelf sterk doorgroeien. Er is een belangrijke commerciële rol in onze shop-in-shop weggelegd. Deze nieuwe marktintroductie vraagt om een enthousiaste professional die strategisch kan meedenken, commercieel sterk is, salesgericht is en actief kansen weet te creëren. Je ontvangt de klant, vertelt over onze missie en duurzaamheid, adviseert de klanten over onze producten en laat de producten ervaren. Je zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers niet alleen een product leren kennen, maar vooral een geweldige beleving ervaren. Je bent gewend om met KPI’s te werken en streeft ernaar om beoogde resultaten te behalen. Je bent een ambitieuze, servicegerichte en flexibele werknemer en een aanwinst voor het sales team. Daarnaast fungeer je als ambassadeur van Marie-Stella-Maris voor de stad Frankfurt. Je weet premium hotels, restaurants en winkels aan te dragen om een samenwerking mee aan te gaan om zodoende het merk meer bekendheid te geven in Frankfurt.

Become the ambassador for Marie-Stella-Maris in Germany

For our shop-in-shop in Galeria Düsseldorf we are looking for a shop-in-shop manager with the right DNA to strengthen our team and play a key role in introducing Marie-Stella-Maris to the German market.

As a shop-in-shop manager, you will help our social enterprise and yourself grow significantly. Our shop-in-shop manager has a key commercial role to play. This new market launch in Germany requires an enthusiastic professional with strategic thinking, strong commercial skills, a strong sales focus, and the ability to actively create opportunities. You will welcome customers, explain our mission and sustainability, advise them on our products, and let them experience them. You will ensure that visitors not only get to know a product but, above all, have a fantastic experience. You are comfortable working with KPIs and strive to achieve the desired results. You are an ambitious, service-oriented, and flexible employee and an asset to the sales team. You will also serve as an ambassador for Marie-Stella-Maris for the city of Frankfurt. You will be able to recommend premium hotels, restaurants, and other locations for partnerships to increase brand awareness in Düsseldorf.
