Job Description
"Responsibilities
Assist in processing eCommerce orders across platforms such as Amazon and WalmartSupport the generation of regular reports and business performance summaries for management reviewCoordinate daily with the Finance team to reconcile sales data and resolve discrepanciesHelp maintain accurate inventory levels by updating key retail and eCommerce platformsSupport forecasting and inventory planning activities to help maintain optimal stock levelsAssist in coordinating shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouse partners in compliance with company policiesParticipate in routine inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and consistencyAssist in managing documentation and data entry within the ERP system (e.g., NetSuite)Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendorsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBe proactive and responsible for work and personal actionsPerform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
1~3 years of experience in eCommerce operationsFamiliarly with online retail platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central is a mustWorking knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyBasic understanding of accounting principles and inventory processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team
Salary range: $55K~$60K
