Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Retail Supervisor to join our team in Bicester. This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing day-to-day store operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing the sales floor, maintaining store presentation, assisting with product displays, and providing detailed knowledge of our Cashmere products to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the role involves supporting performance goals and contributing to the overall success of our retail location.

Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and merchandising.Excellent knowledge of products and passion for luxury fashion, ideally with experience in Cashmere or similar high-end materials.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to actively engage with customers and team members.Commitment to providing a premium customer service experience, with a customer-focused attitude.Flexible availability to meet the demands of a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role is strongly preferred.Proactive and self-motivated approach with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills."
