Job Description

"This position is divided into several specializations, including Acoustic Devices, Audio Algorithms, Healthcare Algorithms, Healthcare Electronics, Hearing Aids, and MEMS, etc. Please refer to the job descriptions and requirements based on the specific specialization.

Researcher (Healthcare Algorithm)Job Scope: 1. Lead algorithmic research for wearable devices, including physiological signal processing, analysis, feature extraction, and noise reduction, as well as edge AI research such as pattern recognition and large language model training. 2. Implement algorithms on hardware platforms to enhance functionality, performance, and reliability. 3. Apply algorithms to products to amplify their competitive edge and enhance user experiences. Job Requirement: 1. Ph.D., major in Signal & Information Processing, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Information Engineering, Computer Science & Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. 3. Possess clear logic, are adept at hypothesis formulation, and can swiftly track the latest global research findings to inspire innovation. 4. Passionate about research, driven to commercialize research outcomes globally, and find confidence, joy, and reward in doing so. 5. Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, or biomedical projects is preferred.

Researcher (Healthcare Electronics)Job Scope: 1. Physiological signal processing, including chip selection and architecture design, gain and filtering solution design, embedded development, PCB design and testing; 2. Design of multiple circuit function modules and establishing the connection between the designed signals and the human body. Job Requirement: 1. PhD, majoring in electronic engineering,automation control, mechanical engineering, physics, or related fields, or have experience in electronics, sensors, and other projects with excellent academic performance and solid professional knowledge; 2. Proficient in using electronic design software with a good foundation in analog and digital circuits; 3. Have participated in electronic design competitions or other electronic competitions and won important awards, or have papers or patent achievements related to electronics or sensors, which will be preferred.

Researcher (Audio Algorithm)Job Scope: 1.Responsible for the research of algorithms applied to acoustic devices and hearing aids, such as front-end processing and sound effects, voice enhancement, active noise reduction, auditory scene analysis and other acoustic and audiological algorithms; 2.Responsible for the implementation of the algorithms on the hardware platform to improve the function, performance and reliability of the algorithms; 3.Responsible for the application of algorithms in products to enhance product advantages and user experience. Job Requirement: 1. PhD, majoring in acoustics, audiology, electronic engineer, signal processing and related fields; 2. Clear logic, good at conjecture, able to quickly track the latest global scientific research results, and inspire innovation; 3. Loving scientific research, committed to the marketization of scientific research results, and gain confidence, fun and profit from it; 4.Experience in signal processing, mathematical modeling competitions, acoustics projects is preferred.

Researcher (Acoustic Devices)Job Scope: 1. Carry out research on acoustic devices and acoustic systems, and pre-research the core acoustic technology of products; 2. Participate in the development of the product, responsible for the development of the acoustic part of the content. Job Requirement: 1. PhD, majoring in acoustics, mechanics, mechanical engineer, electronics, automation,etc., or have experience in acoustics, vibration, sensors and other projects; 2. Researcher (Hearing Aids)Job Scope: 1.Use speech signal processing, acoustic device innovation and other weapons to solve hearing compensation, intelligibility improvement, sound quality optimization and other challenges; 2.Become a conqueror for fundamental technology, algorithm architect, and even industry standard setter; 3.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to explore the frontiers of cross-disciplines. Job Requirement: 1. PhD, majoring in Computer and Information Engineering, Acoustics, Audiology or Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Automation, Artificial Intelligence; 2. Experience in speech signal processing, embedded, audiology related projects and topics is preferred; 3. A sense of mission and responsibility to improve the quality of life of the hearing impaired; 4. Excellent scientific research ability, focused and curious, with strong self-driven and learning ability, able to quickly familiarize and master new fields, and pursue excellence and creativity."
