Job Description

We are currently seeking Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The Production Specialist will oversee the production process within a manufacturing plant and third-party fillers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They will be responsible for communicating with the staff, optimizing production procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
Production Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies, and minimizing waste.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and reports
Other Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Operations and production manager in managing other day-to-day production activitiesManage inventory levels to support production needsMonitor production output to meet quality and quantity targetsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsDevelop and implement manufacturing processes in line with company objectivesAdhere to policies and procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouses inventory current. Ensure compliance with USA and International regulations

Schedule and Salary
