"About The Role

We’re growing our product function as we move into the next phase of our platform evolution - one that inspires, supports, and delights skincare enthusiasts around the world.

As our first Product Owner, you’ll manage the product end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in embedding a user-centred, collaborative, and innovative product culture. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, project management, UX, creative, global digital leadership, and e-commerce to continuously improve Medik8.com.

Salary - £55,000 - £65,000

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Global Digital Director to define product strategy and key goalsTranslate strategy into a clear product roadmap and communicate effectively with stakeholdersCollaborate across the business to deliver the short- and long-term vision for Medik8.comMeasure and track performance against key goalsContinuously learn from customers to understand desired outcomes and uncover opportunitiesConduct market research, analyse industry trends, and assess competitorsUse both qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate feature valueChampion a test-and-learn culture (CRO, A/B, MVT testing) to deliver incremental customer valueAdvocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycleGather and manage product requirementsDefine and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and sign-off processesContribute to a self-organising agile delivery environmentRegularly update teams and stakeholders on project performance and progress

We are looking for:

4+ years in Product rolesExperience working in e-commerce (fashion or beauty is a bonus)Strong background in roadmap planning and translating strategy into actionable detailExperience delivering end-to-end digital productsConfident driving both discovery and delivery activitiesStrong knowledge of Agile practices and collaborating with development teamsComfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesExperience validating design solutions through A/B or MVT testing (bonus)Passionate about web, mobile, and software innovationShopify experience (bonus)
