This role will sit at the centre of that effort, providing strategic and hands-on leadership across logistics, inventory, and systems operations. Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater London for an Operations Forecast Analyst with experience in Import Freight Services and stock forecasting The ideal candidate will support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and supply chain operations, working to optimise processes and implement solutions to improve performance. The role will oversee critical operational workflows across global fulfilment, inventory accuracy, freight coordination, and an ERP system implementation. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and our international fulfilment network, the role will focus on improving reliability, efficiency, and scalability as the business continues growing. This is a key position for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, thrives in detail-oriented environments, and excels in data analysis and has the ability to explain complex conclusions in a simple and effective way. Key Responsibilities As an Operations and Forecasting Analyst, the person must be comfortable reviewing sales data and forecasts to ensure the volume and flow of stocks ordered meet the demand of our global customers, both B2C and B2B. Global Logistics OversightCoordinate international inbound freight movement and stock flows.Oversee import documentation, including dangerous goods.
Inventory Forecasting & ReplenishmentTrack stock levels against sales performance, promotions, product launches, and seasonal patterns.Through effective forecasting and reporting, ensure stock is available for dispatch from UK, EU, and USA fulfilment centres.
Systems Implementation & Process OptimisationSupport the implementation of a new ERP system.Optimise operational systems, including order flow, warehouse integrations, and data accuracy. Develop documentation and operational guidelines to standardise workflows across regions.
Cross-Functional CollaborationManage operational requirements through partnering with Product, Growth, Customer Experience, and Finance teams.Support new product introductions through forecasting and data analysis.
Experience & Skills4+ years’ experience in data analytics in operations, supply chain or logistics.Strong understanding of international freight and 3PL performance management.Experience working with e-commerce platforms and warehouse management systems.Solid analytical capability with a structured approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working with data, forecasting, and operational reporting.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling complex workflows.Experience with process building, systems implementation, or technical integrations is a plus.
