About The Role

We’re on the hunt for a performance-driven Junior Paid Media Specialist with a passion for paid advertising to join our growing marketing team at Hismile. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing and scaling paid campaigns across global markets, diving deep into platform optimisation, creative testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution & OptimisationSupport the planning, launching, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.Collaborate with creative teams to test content variations and landing pages to improve key metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS.Conduct regular performance audits, implement A/B tests, and provide insights on campaign effectiveness. Liaise with external partners, media buyers, and platforms to ensure campaigns are executed on time and budget. Performance Analysis & ReportingAssist in tracking daily ad performance across platforms using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopify dashboards.Create clear, data-backed reports that help inform decisions around creative strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation.Identify optimisation opportunities and support in scaling winning campaigns. Campaign CoordinationCoordinate asset delivery and scheduling across global paid campaigns.Support broader digital initiatives such as email marketing, influencer activations, and product launches.Manage internal calendars and ensure alignment between paid media and other brand touchpoints.
