Support the execution of the social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channelsResearch social media trends, cultural topics, and competitor activities to support content ideation and relevanceAssist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content in line with brandAssistance with administrative tasks and day-to-day businessSupport the analysis of performance metrics and help prepare reports and insights for optimizationAssist with day-to-day posting and community management while maintaining the defined tone of voice
About You
You must be enrolled at an university or university of applied sciences in GermanyA good understanding of digital content, social media platforms, and audience behavior, with a strong willingness to learn platform-specific best practicesA good eye for design and aesthetics, with an interest in creating and curating content that aligns with a high-quality brand appearanceStrong communicator in German and English - spoken and writtenProactive and independent work styleHigh motivation and team spirit
