Job Description
"About the RoleTotally Bamboo is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and measure marketing initiatives within our Promotional Products division. This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys both creative execution and data-driven decision-making, and who wants to better understand how marketing investments translate into real business results.
You’ll support campaigns across digital channels and industry events while helping analyze advertising performance, trade show ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness.
What You’ll DoSupport creation and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and trade shows.Collaborate with design and sales teams to develop compelling marketing assets and sales support materials.Track and analyze performance metrics related to paid advertising, including lead generation, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.Help document and communicate ROI from advertising spend to support future budget planning and optimization.Assist with trade show and event planning, execution, and post-event performance analysis.Build reports and dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline and sales outcomes.Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in sustainable and promotional products.Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, promotional products, or consumer goods.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Analytical mindset with interest in marketing performance, ROI, and optimization.Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analytics tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.Passion for sustainability and purpose-driven brands.
