Marketing Assistant

"Wraith Esports is one of the leading brands in Turkey’s esports ecosystem, developing innovative gaming technologies and building a rapidly growing community of players and creators. With an expanding operational network across 22 countries, we are looking for part-time student team members to support our marketing and content operations.

Qualifications

Currently studying in a relevant department at university (preferably 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year) Able to work on-site at least 3 days a week in alignment with class schedule Strong interest in gaming, esports, and consumer tech equipment Eager to develop skills in social media, marketing, community management, or content creation Creative mindset with openness to new ideas Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude Problem-solving oriented and able to take quick initiative Follows trends closely and has strong research habits Willing to take an active role in brand communication and creative marketing projects Good command of English Able to work on-site in our Hacettepe Teknokent office three days per week

Role & Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

Support social media and community communication processes Generate creative content ideas for product launches, events, and campaigns Assist in projects carried out with content creators, influencers, and esports professionals Take an active role in partnership and sponsorship processes Track community feedback and prepare insight reports Research gaming, esports, and technology trends regularly
