Due to our exciting international growth, we are looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at our Camden head office. Working alongside the Finance Assistant, you will support the Head of Finance with all aspects of reporting and compliance. As the company continues its impressive growth trajectory, you will gain broad exposure and a variety of skills, with a clear pathway for progression.

The Ideal CandidatePart-qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.Relevant industry experience, or practice experience with a compelling skillset.Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.Motivated and inquisitive, with an efficient yet precise way of working.Personable and commercial, with excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships internally and externally at all levels.Intermediate/Advanced Excel, with strong general IT skills and ability to pick up a variety of systems.Desirable: Xero experience; an interest or passion for retail and/or menswear.
ResponsibilitiesOwn daily processing in Xero, working with the Finance Assistant to ensure timely postings with a high degree of accuracy.Primary responsibility for month-end close including all reconciliations and reporting tasks across the group.Own AP & treasury - liaising with suppliers, preparing weekly payment runs, monitoring the finance facility and ensuring working capital is invested efficiently.Assist with all international tax compliance in the UK, Netherlands and USA.Support the Head of Finance with budgets, forecasts, ad hoc projects and analysis to drive performance improvements and create value.
