Overview:Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of Moroccanoil’s Professional division? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Engagement Manager to join our Loyalty team. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty, this role is focused on strengthening relationships with professional partners and driving engagement, retention, and long-term value across our Loyalty programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing mindset and thrives at building meaningful connections through engaging programs, targeted communications, and strategic brand partnerships. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring Loyalty initiatives to life and ensure a compelling, consistent experience for our professional community. Tasks & Responsibilities• Develop and execute the Loyalty engagement strategy for Salon and DSC Loyalty Programs, acting as the primary point of contact for Loyalty-related partner initiatives and coordinating activations, integrations, and execution.• Collaborate with the Customer Retention Manager to activate personalized Loyalty offerings based on defined customer segmentation, ensuring relevance and value for each partner group.• Leverage CRM insights and recommendations to deploy targeted email campaigns, portal notifications, and Loyalty offers for professional partners.• Monitor engagement performance (e.g., portal visits, open and click rates) and identify opportunities to improve participation and program effectiveness.• Manage and grow key Loyalty brand partnerships (such as Vish, Minerva, and others), ensuring strong collaboration, alignment with program objectives, and value creation for professional partners.• Partner with marketing, education, and digital teams to align Loyalty initiatives and enhance program visibility across Moroccanoil’s social media channels.• Work closely with the field sales team to ensure strong understanding and adoption of Loyalty Program benefits in market and collect feedback regularly. Professional Competencies • University degree.• Strong French writing and verbal communication skills is a must.• Experience working in the professional haircare or beauty industry is an asset.• Field sales experience is a plus.• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, gamification, and customer data analytics.• Experience working with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo (or similar platforms) is an asset.• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Strong business acumen with a passion for sales and customer engagement.• Entrepreneurial spirit; detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Demonstrates curiosity and strategic awareness by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive Loyalty programs.• Experience collaborating with social media teams, digital designers and web developers is an asset.
