Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Account Management (Core: Distributor Management)Manage and maintain strong relationships with global distributors and wholesale partners, serving as their primary point of contactDevelop annual business plans covering sales targets, channel strategy, VM standards, and marketing initiativesEnsure pricing integrity, promotional governance, and brand consistency across all marketsReview orders, inventory, sell-through performance, and returns regularly to ensure healthy account operations2. Sales Planning & GrowthDeliver quarterly and annual sales targets across assigned marketsAnalyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to generate actionable growth strategiesDrive distributors to expand SKU coverage, increase assortment depth, and adopt priority product linesCollaborate with Finance on payment terms, credit control, and risk management3. New Market & Partner DevelopmentIdentify and develop new market opportunities and distributor partnershipsLead commercial negotiations, business model design, and contract finalizationManage partner onboarding, training, and market entry execution4. Brand & Merchandise ExecutionPartner with the merchandising team on assortment planning and seasonal product selectionsEnsure execution of VM guidelines, pricing strategy, and marketing plans across distributorsSupport international trade shows, buying meetings, and market visits5. Internal Collaboration & Project LeadershipWork cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance teams to support distributor needsLead key projects such as new market entry, pricing system upgrades, and inventory optimizationDrive process improvement and operational efficiency to enable overseas growth
To succeed in this role, you will need to have3+ years in Key Account / Distributor / Wholesale managementExperience in apparel, footwear, sportswear, or kidswearStrong negotiation, communication & data analysis skillsFluency in English; multicultural communication experience preferredA proactive, ownership-driven, customer-focused mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment"
