International Education Specialist EMEA
Location - Leatherhead, Surrey

Salary - £31,000

As an international educator and content developer you are responsible for providing exceptional training to Dermalogica business partners in EMEA. You will be experienced in educating professional skincare treatment services and product training to the highest standard with strong presentation skills. You will maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all Dermalogica products, protocols and treatments.

You will create education content that drives success in our international markets. Adapt content to meet market needs, support growth, and ensure strong alignment with brand, curriculum, and business strategy to drive commercial success.

Experience and skills required:
Level 4 or equivalent Beauty Therapy qualification (Core of Knowledge, Advanced Skin Science, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser & Light Therapies)Minimum 5 year of skincare training experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Virtual training experience (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problemsStrong presentation skills, both on stage and in virtual setting

Job Responsibilities

Education DeliveryDeliver Dermalogica education in-person and via digital platforms on education pathways ensuring consistency with global education standardsTravel internationally to represent Dermalogica and support and develop the EMEA regions with training, events, seminars and new treatment and product launchesPresent live curriculum updates monthly on the EMEA education managers Educate on ‘train the team ‘webinars for new product and treatment launchesPresent on live streaming product and treatment demonstrations Educate and present on upskilling webinars
Content Delivery
Responsible for the design of effective and engaging tailored content for all international regions to include e-learning Production and management of e-learning content to include channel specific training, induction, and innovationsCreate engaging content to deliver training to retail partners and sales consultants in store and virtualManage inbox communications and queries
Cross Functional Collaboration and Project Management
Collaborate with cross functional departments including sales and marketing to manage curriculum consistency across all education content from Global to ensure accuracyTake ownership of projects, priorities, and content requirements led by Head of Education, Global Education, and the Sales team.
