Location: North West London, NW2 7HF

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for International Marketing Director to join our forward-thinking team. You will lead our global marketing initiatives, develop region-specific campaigns, and build strong brand presence in key markets around the world. Responsibilities Will Include...

Create and execute international brand strategies in the B2B and B2B2C space in liaison and with commitment from our distribution partnersWork closely with internal departments, such as NPD and Sales to ensure both short and long term plans are created, tracked and adjusted to deliver the company's goalsCreate and implement a range of marketing and training tools while sharing best practice both locally and globallyBuild and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies and other influencersGather and act on competitor insights. Provide input to financial forecasts, control budgets and monitor pricing; developing metrics and reports for managementBuild a team of talented marketeers, on the ground in markets and in head office, to support campaigns and activitiesBuild strong relationships with medical professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry influencersCollaborate with distributors to create joint marketing plans, sales enablement materials, and promotional activities

Requirements

Essential

Educated to degree level or equivalentExtensive experience in a similar international roleExperience of selling and marketing prescription, health and wellbeing or OTC productsCultural understanding of different regions and countriesProven track record of marketing to medical professionals and managing B2B distributor relationshipsExperience of budgeting, financial control and negotiation

Desirable

Marketing qualification or similar with MBAExperience in e-commerce marketing; particularly useful would be experience of managing Amazon and/or other online marketplaces
