We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Senior Influencer & Activations Executive to support the execution of paid influencer partnerships, TikTok affiliate, creator activations, and brand events. This role is central to bringing our influencer strategy to life: managing the day-to-day coordination, logistics, and delivery that ensure partnerships run smoothly and campaigns perform.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Influencer & Activations Manager, the Social Team, and the Paid Marketing Team to support paid collaborations, track performance, manage creators, and help deliver impactful events that elevate brand awareness and drive commercial results.

Influencer MarketingSupport the end-to-end execution of paid influencer campaigns, from briefing and contracting through to delivery and reporting.Coordinate creator communications, timelines, deliverables, content briefs and approvals.Track paid partnerships, usage rights, whitelisting permissions, and content deadlines.Work closely with the Senior Influencer & Activations Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment and maximum content impact.Support the management of budgets, invoices, and payment tracking.Work closely with the Paid Marketing team to ensure creator content is optimised for amplification (e.g. Spark Ads, Meta whitelisting).Oversee agency management of TikTok affiliates, acting as the main point of contact to support the growth of an engaged and effective affiliate community. Support as needed with setting up challenges, incentives and exclusive opportunities to drive motivation, performance and long-term loyalty.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging creators and affiliate best practices to ensure our programs continue to evolve and perform.
Influencer Content & ReportingTrack influencer content performance across platforms and compile weekly, monthly and campaign reports, taking responsibility for the accuracy, delivery and presentation of all reports to key stakeholders.Conduct analysis of creator performance to inform future partnerships and renewals.Maintain influencer databases, trackers, and campaign documentation.
Events & ActivationsSupport the planning and execution of influencer and brand events, including guest lists, RSVPs, logistics, gifting, and on-the-day coordination. Assist with event set-up, derig, logistics and on-site talent management, while supporting the wider team to ensure all events are delivered to the highest standard.Assist with event briefings, timelines, and post-event reporting.Support activations across key markets as the brand scales internationally.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Social Team to ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign messaging.Collaborate with Social and Paid teams to ensure influencer output supports organic, paid, and TikTok Shop strategies.Liaise with PR, retail, and wider marketing teams to support launches and key moments.
Admin & OperationsMaintain organised systems for contracts, trackers, briefs, and reporting.Support process improvement across influencer operations to increase efficiency and scalability.Ensure all influencer activity complies with ASA guidelines and brand standards.
Requirements:3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, ideally for a beauty, fashion or lifestyle brand, with proven experience managing creators end-to-end.Experience managing influencer budgets, negotiations and commercial performance, with confidence in tracking ROI, conversion and overall campaign effectiveness.Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines and social trends - you live on TikTok and Instagram and understand what resonates with beauty consumers.Highly knowledgeable and well-connected within the influencer landscape, with a strong awareness of creators, trends and emerging talent across platforms.A creative thinker with creativity at the heart of everything you do - you understand how to make content scroll-stopping, culturally relevant and performance-driven.Strong understanding of content strategy, influencer performance, platform nuances and how creator content supports wider brand, social and paid objectives.Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing performance data and confidently presenting insights.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence managing communications with multiple creators, agencies, internal stakeholders and campaigns at once.Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
