Influencer Marketing Manager

"We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support and grow our influencer strategy across our European territories. This role sits within our high performing Influencer Marketing team, the growth engine behind our brands, and works closely across influencer marketing and partnerships.
What you'll be doing:Develop and implement high impact influencer marketing strategies across multiple territories, driving brand awareness, engagement and salesLead end to end influencer campaigns, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and deliver measurable resultsDefine KPIs and monitor campaign performance, using data insights to optimise strategy and maximise ROIBuild and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, content creators, and agencies to ensure collaboration and brand alignmentMentor and coach team members to develop skills, foster growth and drive high performance resultsManage influencer budgets, negotiate contracts and ensure cost effective, impactful campaign executionStay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to refine strategies and identify new opportunitiesCollaborate cross functionally to plan and execute influencer events, product launches, and campaigns that achieve specific business targetsSkills, knowledge & expertise:Proven experience in influencer marketing, managing and scaling successful campaigns within beauty, wellness, or techStrong track record in overseeing campaign budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness and maximum impactSkilled in developing and executing influencer strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and salesExperience managing or mentoring team members, fostering a high performance culture and achieving targetsStrong analytical skills, with experience tracking and reporting campaign performance metricsCreative and innovative thinker, able to develop campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver resultsExcellent written and verbal communication, able to craft compelling pitches and build strong influencer relationshipsHighly organised with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast paced environmentWhy work at The Beauty Tech Group:At The Beauty Tech Group, we're redefining the future of beauty by bringing cutting edge technology into homes around the world.
