About Our Founder
Gucci Westman has more than 20 years of professional experience as a major editorial makeup artist, contributing to publications like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, passionate Full-Time Retail Artist at our Liberty counter with a passion for clean, luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westman’s makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide welcoming, personalised, professional service to all customers at all timesAssist customers with product selection and applicationProvide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selectionStay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelinesAttend and actively participate in training meetings, virtual or at-counter, as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the jobPractice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clientsMaintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-upAchieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPTRecord and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishmentMaintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers
Requirements:
Previous retail industry experience, specifically within the beauty industry preferredPrevious make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred, however, we welcome applicants who are creative, excited, and eager to learnMust be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all timesCandidates with a passion for the clean, luxury beauty space are preferredMust be able to work fully flexible retail hours, including: days, nights, weekends, and special events
