About the roleOwn the operational backbone of a hyper-growth consumer brand. You’ll run supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and retail/e-comm operations across ANZ and the US keeping product flowing, launches on track, and margins improving as we scale.This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll build the machine while running it.
What you'll doRun day-to-day operations end-to-end (co-mans, 3PLs, QA, freight, materials) across multiple regions.Drive margin outcomes by tracking COGS, surfacing cost leakage, and pushing vendor negotiation + mix optimisation.Own forecasting, production schedules, supply continuity, and inventory discipline across markets.Execute retail operations with key partners and distributors (OTIF, compliance, launch readiness, issue resolution).Improve systems and cadence: dashboards, KPI reporting, SKU-level economics, and lightweight S&OP.Partner directly with the founder on growth plans, capacity planning, and scenario modelling.Help build the ops function as we scale — processes first, then team.
What you bring3–5 years in operations, supply chain, planning, or logistics in a high-volume CPG / food / beverage business.Experience working with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, freight, and retail execution realities.Strong financial lens — understands margin structure, freight impact, working capital, and unit economics.Thrives in speed and ambiguity; biased toward action, accountability, and getting it done.
