Job Description

"About GreenhouseGreenhouse is an organic beverage company and Certified B Corporation. We believe that growth is always possible, and our purpose is to cultivate healthy habits for thriving lives. As Canada’s first plastic-neutral beverage brand, we fight to make the future cleaner, clearer, and kinder.
With national distribution in Canada, fast U.S. expansion, and a powerful innovation engine, we’re scaling quickly — and we’re looking for a world-class marketing leader to help define the next era of the brand.
The Opportunity This is not a conventional marketing leadership role. We are intentionally seeking a rare combination of capabilities that tend to emerge through unusual career paths — whether developed inside large, complex organizations or forged hands-on through entrepreneurial and challenger-brand environments marked by rapid scaling and high agility.
We are looking for someone who can bring the full potential of modern marketing to bear — not just executional excellence, but systems-level thinking across growth, brand, innovation, and technology.
The RoleAs Head of Marketing, you will operate as a true business builder. You will own the entire marketing ecosystem — brand, creative, content, data and analytics, agency partnerships, innovation storytelling, paid media, and commercialization support.
You will be directly accountable for accelerating our U.S. expansion, defending and extending our leadership in Canada, sharpening our brand voice (including our sustainability narratives), and building marketing system capabilities.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, E-commerce, R&D, Operations, and Finance, and act as a senior peer within the leadership team. This role carries ownership, accountability, and creative freedom.
What Makes this Role Different

If these capabilities are typically distributed across multiple roles in your current organization, this role exists to intentionally bring them together with the speed, ownership, and accountability that a rapidly scaling company demands.
