Aufgaben

Analyse revenue, funnels, conversion rates, retention + customer behaviour
Test growth channels: TikTok Shop, Meta, SEO, affiliates, collabs, partnerships
Spot opportunities in our product assortment + category expansion
Improve our website, landing pages, product presentation + AOV
Bring ideas for new SKUs, trends, Asian ingredients + food culture
Work directly with the founder — zero bureaucracy, high speed, real responsibility

Qualifikation

Worked in consulting or startup environments before
Ideally studied busines
Speak English and German at a C1 Level at least, if you can speak another Asian language on top great!
Ideally study Business / Marketing / IT — but we welcome Quereinsteiger, if you can prove skill with results, projects, or mindset
Think analytically & communicate clearly
Love Asian food & know what makes customers curious
Don’t wait for instructions — you propose solutions
Care about results > perfection
