L.A.B. Golf is offering hands-on internship opportunities for students who want to learn how a fast-growing golf equipment company operates from the inside out. Interns will be placed into one primary department based on their interests, skills, and questionnaire responses, and will support meaningful day-to-day operations and projects that directly impact the business.

Responsibilities
Support a primary department of placement and assist with team-specific projects.
Learn L.A.B. Golf’s product line, technology, and internal processes.
Participate in weekly meetings and contribute to project discussions.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and excellent communication across departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Provide general support to the team and complete tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Customer Service Or Team-based Experience Preferred.
Interest in business, sports, technology, product development, digital content, or consumer products.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and handle a variety of tasks.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
Must be able to perform basic physical tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, or lifting up to 20 lbs. if needed.
Must be currently pursuing a college degree.
Golf experience is a bonus but not required for all tracks.
Program Details
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
Pay: $20 per hour
Location: Creswell, OR
Dates: June – September 2026 (flexible depending on school schedule)
