Job Description
"Job description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to support our finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and assisting cross-functional departments with accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
Support the Accounting and other departments for general accounting functions, including but not limited to revenue - sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxesManage inventory efficiently – conduct physical counts of inventory as needed and reconcile the counts with the In-house dataAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBe proactive and responsible for work and personal actionsUnderstand and follow company rules and regulationsPerform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
1 + years of experience in accounting is requiredAbility to multi-task and maintain accuracy is requiredA bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferredExperience with accounting software or ERP is preferred (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Effective verbal and written communication skillsGeneral knowledge and understanding of accounting proceduresAbility to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
Salary Range: $60K ~ $67K
