Alongside new products, we are equally focused on growing and expanding into new markets, ensuring that Aarke is present wherever our customers are.We are now looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Finance team on a substitute employment from February 2026 to April 2027.
Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Accountant at Aarke, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, related to the Swedish parent company as well as our subsidiaries in UK and US.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency.Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.Conducting regular financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.You will work closely with and report to Aarke’s Head of Accounting, Controllers and CFO.
Qualifications & SkillsWhilst not all required, to excel in this role, we believe you possess the following qualifications:A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.A few years of experience as an Accountant, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Interest and knowledge of accounting principles.Good IT skills. Especially valuable:Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Formerly Navision), our ERP & Finance software.Microsoft 365 (Formerly Microsoft Office), most important Excel, Outlook.High analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Fluency in English and significant business proficiency in Swedish related to understanding accounting matters.
