The placements we offer provide a varied and tangible learning experience that can be applied to roles in the future and support the university learning experience.
Location: Hammersmith, LondonPlacement: 6-month placement with anticipated start date of January / February 2026
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated student with a real enthusiasm to workwithin the Finance Department. The Finance Intern is responsible for assisting the team with invoice processing, expenses processing and reconciliations
Responsibilities:Transactional: Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed promptly and allocated to the relevant PO. Chase any invoices which are outstandingCredit cards and expense handlingAssist with payment processingAssist with trade creditors analysis and reconciliations
Essential Skills and RequirementsComfortable with IT systemsOrganised, efficient, self-sufficient person with good interpersonal skills and can-do attitudeDemonstrate an interest in improving and developing systems and proceduresExcellent attention to detailAble to prioritize and meet deadlines and targetsGood team playerDesirable: wanting to undertake exams eg AAT,ACCA,CIMA in the future
