Finance Manager

"Outcast Clothing is a high-growth global fashion brand, scaling rapidly across international markets. As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the operational and strategic needs of a fast-moving online retail environment.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this role is integral to the day-to-day financial management of the business, while also supporting longer-term planning and growth initiatives. You’ll lead the finance function, oversee core financial operations, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and review of accurate, timely financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.Develop and strengthen internal control frameworks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation.Support the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.Provide financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support strategic decision-making.Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external advisors across local and international obligations.Manage and coordinate external audits, ensuring transparency and statutory compliance.Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital to support growth and operational needs.Analyse financial performance and trends, delivering actionable insights to improve business outcomes.Oversee end-to-end finance operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and foreign exchange.Translate high-level financial strategy into effective operational execution.Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking forProven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or a fast-growth environment.Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.Confident partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.CPA or CA qualification (or currently working towards) preferred.MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance/Accounting.
