Job Description

"Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion. You will work closely with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign performance.Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates) and report performance regularly.Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve engagement.Ensure emails comply with industry policies and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).Collaborate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.Manage and maintain email marketing software/platforms.Continuously identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.Stay up to date on industry trends and new tools to keep campaigns innovative and effective.
Qualifications:2+ years of experience in email marketing.Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant Contact).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.Understanding of email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).Strong organizational and project management skills."
