Education Specialist

"Job Title: Customer Education Specialist Location: On-site in Ooltewah, TN Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, salaried position Reports to: Director of Education and Sales
Position Overview We are seeking a confident, personable Customer Education Specialist to join the Juvent education team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating customers, is comfortable conversing on the phone, and is motivated by helping people improve their quality of life. You’ll work on-site, guiding and educating prospective customers, and confidently assisting them in completing their purchase. Key Responsibilities Handle calls from current and prospective customers. Educate customers on the full spectrum of each of the Juvent products Listen actively to customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Confidently overcome objections and close sales Follow up with customers before and after purchase Accurately document calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams Participate in ongoing product training and coaching
Required Qualifications Comfortable making calls and using computers with web-based tools Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills Confident, persuasive, flexible, and resilient—able to handle objections and rejection Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to learn and communicate scientific or technical concepts clearly
Preferred Qualifications Experience with a CRM Prior experience in education, healthcare, or wellness
