The RoleAs E-commerce Manager, you will be the owner of our Shopify ecosystem. You will ensure our sites are fast, flawless, conversion-optimised, and constantly improving.You’ll work closely with Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, Creative teams, and external developers to turn traffic into revenue - while maintaining an extremely high standard of execution.This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where ideas, execution, and ownership are equally important.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Ownership & PerformanceOwn and manage all Shopify storefronts across USA, UK and EUEnsure zero errors, broken flows, or customer-facing issues at all timesMaintain best-in-class site speed, UX, and conversion performanceAct as the final gatekeeper for anything that goes live on siteStrategy Across BrandsDevelop and execute e-commerce strategy for:ripple⁺ zero nicripple⁺ homeTailor site experience, merchandising, and landing pages by:Product categoryCampaign and traffic sourcePartner with marketing to support launches, promotions, and seasonal pushesSite Audits & Quality ControlRun regular full-site auditsProactively identify and fix:UX frictionCheckout issuesTracking gapsMobile vs desktop inconsistenciesMaintain documentation and checklists to ensure long-term qualityNew Site Build CompletionOwn the process of our new site buildAct as the internal project lead between:DesignersDevelopersInternal stakeholdersEnsure builds ship:On timeOn briefWith zero critical issuesCRO, Testing & ExperimentationLead conversion rate optimisation across all sitesBuild and test:Landing pagesPDP improvementsCheckout enhancementsFunnels by traffic sourceImplement and manage testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate where relevant)Turn insights into shipped improvements — not just reportsSASS Implementation & TestingOwn implementation of new ecommerce software and toolsEvaluate, test, and roll out:CRO toolsAnalytics & tracking solutionsPersonalisation toolsEnsure clean integrations with Shopify and our wider tech stackReporting & InsightsOwn reporting on all website performance metrics, including:Conversion rateAOVRevenue by site and regionFunnel performancePage-level performanceTranslate data into clear actions and recommendationsShare regular performance updates with leadership and marketing teams
