Combining our expertise to create a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience, offering innovative beauty products that cater to our customers' needs and desires.About the roleWe're looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Manager to lead online growth for our French market, working closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and cross functional teams.
As a key member of the team, working closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role takes ownership of driving online growth for the French market.
Lead and localise all marketing initiatives for the French market to ensure relevanceand impactCollaborate with central and regional teams to align local activity with the widerbusiness strategyDevelop marketing strategies and plans by using market insights, competitor analysis,and creative ideas to meet business goals and customer needsRun market insights sessions and create effective briefsOperating at execution and implementation level as a specialist, across the range ofdigital and marketing skill sets (SEO, influencer, content, affiliate, email, and more)Maintain strong commercial focus, driving regional growth by monitoring andimproving performance metricsManage website trading, including launching new products, updating content, andoptimising the customer experienceBuild and deliver French marketing and SEO campaigns to drive user acquisition,engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue growthDrive the evolution of brand positioning, ensuring clear, consistent messaging thatresonates with target audiencesStrategy and planning with intelligent, innovative, and outside the box approaches
Candidate requirements
Must be fluent in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of delivering resultsHighly organised, analytical, and confident presenting at all levelsDemonstrated ability to lead transition and manage changeAble to think both creatively and commerciallyHappy to work at both strategic and hands-on operational levelsProficient in Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms)Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and performance trackingExperience in managing a small teamConfident working independently as well as collaboratively with teams
