"Freebird is one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in the country, trusted by millions of customers for our award-winning FlexSeries shaving ecosystem. As we continue to scale across channels, TikTok Shop is becoming one of the most important growth channels in the entire company.

We launched on TikTok Shop just weeks ago and have already seen explosive traction, and now we're looking for a world-class operator to take ownership of the channel and build it into a major revenue engine for Freebird.

We're hiring a Director of TikTok Shop / Social Commerce to architect, build, and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop program that becomes a core pillar of Freebird's growth.

This is a rare opportunity to:

Own the entire TikTok Shop strategy Build your own team Create a multi-tier creator ecosystem Shape a new category of social commerce Operate with full autonomy and executive support Make an outsized impact at a brand in rocketship mode

You will partner across Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, and Retail to turn TikTok Shop into a channel that drives massive revenue, awareness, content volume, and incrementality.

This role blends creator psychology, growth strategy, systems thinking, and operational excellence into one.

What You'll Do

Develop and own the TikTok Shop strategy, roadmap, and P&L Build scalable creator acquisition, onboarding, and enablement systems Create a multi-lane ecosystem of emerging creators, consistent performers, and top-tier partners Drive repeat posting and creator retention through community, incentives, and structured programs Lead creative frameworks, scripts, briefs, and high-performing content systems Manage partnerships with high-impact creators and potential retainers Build the internal team and infrastructure to support rapid, sustained growth Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, Retail & Ops

Requirements

Deeply knowledgeable about TikTok, creator psychology, and social commerce Able to design and scale creator systems that produce consistent performance A strong operator who builds structure, processes, and clarity from scratch Analytical and creative - you understand both content and data A relationship-driven builder who can recruit, motivate, and retain creators Comfortable moving extremely fast in a growth-obsessed environment Someone who wants full ownership over building a channel with massive upside
