Job Description
"I'm looking for stock forecasters/demand planners to assist our e-commerce business, who are local to Skopje, and who are looking for long term work. We want to build long term relationships with our team and so, it is important that you wish to support us for a minimum of 12 months (we hope longer!)
This role would assist with prediction of what we sell and when.
Role requires you to:
Build forecasts using sales history, seasonality, trends, and promotionsAnalyse SKU-level performance and varianceMaintain forecasting models and improve accuracy (MAPE, bias, etc.)Provide short- to mid-term forecasts to supply chain / inventory teamsTypical outputsWeekly/monthly sales forecastsForecast accuracy reportsException reporting (spikes, drops, anomalies)Strengths requiredStrong quantitative skills (Excel, SQL, Python/R, forecasting models an advantage)Comfort with time-series analysisAttention to detail and data qualityGreat level of English - we are an English speaking company
This would be at 40 hours per week total, generous pay.
