The role.An administration based role, processing outbound sales orders for our LCM customers, coffee roastersProvide a high level of customer communication and supportCommunicate order status with customersProcess credit notesIssue return orders and book stock back onEmail invoices and statements as requested by customersTrack freight movements and request freight quotesBe the point of contact with the warehouse for stock movementsSet up new customers and update customer detailsCommunicate end of month inventory to customersInvestigate customer complaints regarding deliveries.
