Role OverviewWe are looking for a polite and customer-focused Customer Review & Feedback Executive who will connect with customers post-purchase to understand their satisfaction with the product and encourage happy customers to share their experience through reviews on marketplaces.
Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with customers after product delivery to understand their satisfaction level.Gather feedback on product quality, packaging, and overall experience.Politely request satisfied customers to share honest reviews on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).Identify dissatisfied customers and escalate issues to the relevant team for resolution.Ensure all interactions are conducted professionally and without pressuring customers.Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, review requests, and responses.Share insights and recurring feedback with internal teams to improve product and customer experience.
RequirementsFluent in spoken and written English (regional language proficiency is a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Polite, patient, and empathetic approach towards customers.Ability to build quick rapport and handle conversations confidently.Freshers are welcome; prior e-commerce or customer interaction experience is a plus.Basic understanding of online marketplaces and customer reviews is preferred.Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude."
