We carefully design, sketch, assemble, and inspect our collections ourselves, while also developing our own lenses. We take care of everything — and of you.

The role

As a Country Manager, your mission will be to develop the brand business In Germany and the Netherlands, proposing and implementing a coherent strategy for the region ensuring retail operational excellency & amazing customer experience.

You will work closely with our global team and will report directly to the Head of International Markets

Mission :

Retail expansion


Work on the store expansion strategy alongside with the expansion team in order to find the best location for the brand.

Retail performance & customer experience


Implement and manage retail strategy for the region, in line with international guidelines. Manage retail growth of your stores & initiate action plans in order to develop the commercial efficiency of your team. Enhance the customer experience.

Budget and Operations


Responsible for P&L in the region, working on budget & reporting with Finance team. Responsible for sales and profitability targets

Team management & recruitment


Manage the Jimmy Fairly team of the country, entailing task delegation, coaching, development, and evaluation.
