Job Description

"Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager/Lead or Content Manager to oversee and guide creative design initiatives and content strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, content creation, and team leadership, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and excellence in all creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Supervise and mentor a team of designers, writers, and content creators, fostering innovation and professional growth. Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, UI/UX designs, illustrations, and other creative materials. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge designs and strategies.


Content Management:

Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms including brand website, channel partners etc. Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns and initiatives. Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, to get the briefs and de-brief the creative team for effective marketing creatives. Track and analyze the performance of design and content efforts, optimizing for better engagement and impact. Implement workflow systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.


Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

6-8 years of professional experience in design, content creation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.


Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and understanding of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Word Strong understanding of design, visual storytelling, and brand identity. Writing and editing skills for content creation and review. Strong organizational, problem-solving, calanderization and decision-making skills. Effective communication and presentation skills."
