About the RoleWe’re hiring a Digital Growth & E-Commerce Manager to drive performance marketing and e-commerce growth across channels. You’ll own paid acquisition, attribution, and funnel optimization while keeping a commercial lens on unit economics and growth. This role is for someone who has proven experience in scaling brands through ads buying and digital platforms - from Meta and TikTok to Instacart and Amazon.
Key ResponsibilitiesRun and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Instacart, and new/emerging platforms.Manage budgets and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and payback windows.Use Triple Whale, GA4, and other attribution tools to cut through noise and make profitable decisions.Own the e-commerce funnel (Shopify, Amazon, subscription, CRO), driving AOV, LTV, and conversion rate improvements.Collaborate with creative/content to produce performance-driven assets.Partner with finance/commercial teams to align growth with margin and revenue targets.Continuously test new channels, audiences, and formats.
Requirements3+ years experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital growth roles.Hands-on media buying experience with significant budgets ($100K+/mo preferred).Proficient in Triple Whale, GA4, attribution modeling.Track record across Shopify, Amazon, Instacart, TikTok, and other digital platforms.Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance spend vs. profitability.Based in Sydney (Surry Hills office).Bonus: FMCG, CPG, or consumer brand experience.
