Role DescriptionWe are looking for two accomplished sales professionals to fill new territory positions. These are full-time, on-site role located in Tustin, CA for Clinical Sales Specialists. The Clinical Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales accounts, conducting sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, and building relationships with medical professionals. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to fulfill customer needs, attending industry events, and staying updated on advancements in light therapy and related medical fields.
We have created two new sales territories for the right two candidates:
Territory 1: Texas-Centered Midwest & Southwest RegionTerritory 2: Tennessee, Georgia-Centered and Surrounding Regions
QualificationsProven experience in Sales and Account ManagementKnowledge and experience in medical, aesthetics, wellness or professional skincare is a major plusStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet sales targetsExperience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Other Relevant information:This is a full-time role, primarily performed at our Tustin offices, Monday through FridayCompensation is a mix of base pay and commissions, and the average Clinical Sales Specialist earns between $130,000 and $160,000 or more, depending on performance.Opportunities to travel, presenting at industry events may be offered from time to time, providing opportunities for additional compensation.The company offers sponsored health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life), and the opportunity to participate in a 401K plan with matching contributions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe A Trusted Professional: Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.Conduct outreach (phone, email, etc.) to high-potential customers in your territory.Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and current customers.Work actively on the Leads List to identify and close sales opportunities with highly qualified prospects.Sales Objectives Achievement: Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives through proactive engagement and strategic selling techniques.Marketing and Events Participation: Participate in trade shows, conventions, and industry events to demonstrate, educate, and sell our products.Become a Light Therapy Trainer: Effectively represent the organization's brand and values during events. (This generally would be limited to 2 or three trade shows throughout the year).Conduct telephone calls, video training, and presentations to existing and prospective customers.Market Research and Proposal Development: Research sources for developing prospective customers and gathering information to assess their potential.Become A Business Leader: Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.Issue Resolution and Coordination: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.Sales Strategy and Reporting: Plan and organize a personal sales strategy to maximize the Return on Time Investment for selling activities.Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.Market Awareness and Professional Development:Become a Clinical Expert: Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, and competitive activities.Stay informed about advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consultation with marketing and technical service areas."
