OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.
Essential Duties And Job Responsibilities
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James PerseEnsure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all timesMaintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standardsParticipate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.)Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellenceAll other duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Education
High School Diploma or GED requiredCollege Degree preferred
Experience
Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods, and clientele-oriented salesExperience working in retail environment(s) with 7 days a week operation, which require open scheduling availability based on business needs
