Job Description
"Key Responsibilities:
Channel Finance/ Bill Discounting/ Factoring: Discussion with Sales teams and dealer for onboarding of channel finance. Managing day to day operation of channel finance and handling queries of the sales team and dealers. Support in managing digital channel finance platforms with banks/NBFCs. Monitor real-time utilization of dealer/distributor financing limits through dashboards. Ensure automation of reporting and exception handling for channel financing. Vendor Finance / Supply Chain Finance: Facilitate vendor onboarding on digital vendor finance platforms. Track vendor payment schedules with automated alerts and dashboards. Use analytics tools to optimize vendor payment cycles and financing costs. Automation & AI in Treasury: Support adoption of AI-driven tools for cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis. Discussion with IT and Fintech companies for implementation of automation tools for Treasury (Cash flow, Channel finance and Vendor finance). Maintain data accuracy and hygiene for effective use of automation tools. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare treasury MIS reports using BI/AI-based visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements through automated checks. Support internal/external audits with digital documentation and workflows.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Understanding of treasury operations, working capital, and banking products.Familiarity with channel/vendor finance mechanisms.Basic knowledge of automation, RPA, AI/ML concepts in finance.Strong analytical and numerical ability with comfort in digital tools.Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point ERP systems (SAP), and BI tools.Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions and banks.
Qualifications & Experience:
BBA/MBA from tier 2-3 college or CA inter.0–3 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.Exposure to channel finance, vendor finance, or trade finance is an added advantage."
