Job Description

"Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :
This position provides strategic oversight and directions in ECOM business in the APAC region, and is responsible for identifying seasonal buys for All Red box category based on the understanding of brand direction, category strategy, consumer preference and market trends, for all CN ECOM platforms
Key Result Areas:
The ECOM Buying manager is responsible for:
Identifying market-specific seasonal opportunities and priorities based on consumer and industry trends through QBT or Digital insightsBuild category and Key product Type Buy plans, identify top seasonal initiatives and Big Bet stylesCreate differentiated assortment plan for Tmall vs Douyin link with consumer profile and product strategyIdentify any business missing opportunities (from market/consumer/competitor) and fulfill the demand through request of SMURequest the exclusives (both high energy pack or commercial packs), plan big bet style to distinguish platform key push during EC key momentParticipating actively in the Go-To-Market processActively involved in daily EC business, tracking in season sell through identify opportunities, give suggestions and take actions
The position of ECOM Buying Manager will partner with the EC Planning and Allocation, EC operation, Merch Team by:Planning the product structures, big bet styles to deliver EC key event targetTracking the performance, best sellers, and slow movers, to give guidance on promotions discount and inventory move across channelsProduct Feedback on what’s working and what’s not working to influence future product offers
The Buying Manager will also:Conducting online competitive analysis to maintain expert knowledge of the industry and marketCommunicating with other business functions in an efficient and effective wayProviding the point of view to support marketing activities
